re·al·i·ty  ac·count·ing          \rē-ˈa-lə-tē\  \ə-ˈkau̇n-tiŋ\
: a system of recording and summarizing real events, entities, or state of affairs and analyzing, verifying and reporting the results

Reality Accounting provides professional genealogical services: in-depth research combined with thorough analysis and reporting. Project scope can range from an individual's single life event to multigenerational family migration tracking.

Reality Accounting utilizes online genealogical resources, the major sites and the more obscure, but those are frequently just a starting point. Reality Accounting also provides onsite research across multiple states in town halls, county courthouses, clerk's offices, museums, libraries, archives, cemeteries, even the occasional attic and basement. Finding reports analyze the records or artifacts discovered and include complete source documentation.

Reality Accounting's principal genealogist, Rae Gibson Beebe, has over 20 years of genealogical research experience and a strong background in the verifying, analyzing, and reporting skillsets. She continues to update her genealogical  education through annual attendance at various seminars, institutes, and/or conferences. She is also a member of the National Genealogical Society and the Association of Professional Genealogists.  Contact Rae to start exploring your family's history connections today!
